It is a great honor and privilege to serve as the Chairman of the Tribhuvan University Service Commission (TUSC). I express my sincere gratitude to the Right Honorable Prime Minister, in the capacity of Chancellor of Tribhuvan University, for entrusting me with this important responsibility.

As the oldest and largest university in Nepal, Tribhuvan University has played a pioneering role in the development of higher education and has long served as a model for other universities in the country. Today, the University is undergoing significant academic and administrative reforms aimed at enhancing institutional excellence, strengthening governance, and improving the quality of education.

As an integral part of this transformative process, the Tribhuvan University Service Commission is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, merit-based, and efficient system for the recruitment of diligent faculty members and employees. We are continuously strengthening our institutional capacity by upholding the highest standards of integrity, accountability, reliability, and confidentiality in all our processes.

Recognizing that competent and dedicated human resources are the foundation of a strong academic institution, TUSC is reviewing and modernizing its policies, legal framework, and operational procedures to align with evolving national and international standards. In addition to recruitment, the Commission is equally committed to supporting the career development and promotion of faculty members and employees through a fair and objective system.

The successful implementation of our responsibilities requires the collective support and cooperation of the academic community, professionals, experts, and all stakeholders.
