Dear Professors, Staffs and Students of the Tribhuvan University,

Warm Greetings and thank you all for warm welcome,

It is with great honor and responsibility that I address you today as the Chairman of the Tribhuvan University Service Commission. I am deeply humbled by the trust placed in me to lead this esteemed institution, which has been a cornerstone of higher education in our nation for decades.

Our mission is clear: to ensure the highest standards of academic excellence, integrity, and transparency in all our endeavors. Tribhuvan University has a rich history of producing some of the finest scholars, professionals, and leaders, and we are committed to maintaining and enhancing this legacy.

As we move forward, we must embrace innovation and adapt to the changing dynamics of education in the 21st century. This includes harnessing the power of technology, fostering research and innovation, and promoting inclusivity and diversity within our academic community.

I encourage all stakeholders - students, faculty, staff, and administrators - to work together collaboratively to achieve our shared goals. Let us uphold the principles of academic freedom, intellectual curiosity, and social responsibility.
